Sales platform Outreach has formed an integration with HubSpot CRM that allows brands to prospect and close deals.
The integration -- Powered by HubSpot Operations Hub -- allows mutual customers to prospect, manage and close deals in Outreach as it syncs Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities between the two platforms.
The arrangement allows sales teams to customize which data is shared. They can curate customer information and focus on selling rather than manually entering, tracking, and cleaning data.
The goal is to provide joint clients with “seamless workflows to more effectively create pipeline and bring conversation intelligence to all their sales conversations," says Prasad Raje, chief product officer at Outreach.
Sellers can create a mutual success plan, utilizing insights from Kaia, the AI-powered virtual assistant provided by Outreach. In addition, they can use the Kaia data drive greater consistency, predictability, and collaboration across deals,
